Sandra Barker President & CEO

Ms. Barker has extensive experience in needs assessment, training, and course development. She has managed several large client portfolios, including $20 million in contracts at the Emergency Management Institute and National Fire Academy, and $4 million for HMTAP. Ms. Barker has 35 years of teaching courses for FEMA. Other major clients have included the Federal Highway Administration, the Department of Energy, and the Department of State. For the State Department, Ms. Barker developed training and lectures for Cyprus, Honduras, and Coite D'Ivoire National Police Officials to plan and respond to a terrorist attack. Ms. Barker holds a masters in adult education from Hood College and an MBA in business management from Frostburg University.

Christine Powers is a highly experienced trainer and facilitator, management consultant, and certified professional coach with 15 years of experience in leadership development. Dr Carolyn Vincent

Dr. Vincent is an Organizational Development Professional, Trainer, Executive Coach, Facilitator,  Change Management Expert, and Human Resources Executive with 18+ years of experience directing the development and implementation of Training, Organizational Change, and Human Capital Solutions (HCS). Dr. Danny McCoy

Dr. Danny McCoy has over 20 years of experience in adult learning principles, specializing in instructional design, the full life cycle development of immersive learning, and serious games-based training and education. He is a senior instructional designer for numerous clients from corporate, military, government, and academic environments. Highly skilled in building instructional design teams, organizational development strategies, designing training and providing planning and vision, Dr. McCoy has been deeply engaged in the cutting edge of multimedia projects. Dr. McCoy holds a PhD in curriculum and instruction from the University of Texas at Austin.

Dr. Jan Austin

Jan Austin is a master coach, author and leadership program facilitator who brings more than twenty years’ experience as a public sector organizational leader and fourteen years’ experience as an organizational development coaching and consulting professional. Since 1999 she has worked with thousands of leaders in a variety of organizations in the Fortune 500 and the U.S. Government. Dr. Mary M. Gannon

She received an MS in Communications from the University of Illinois, Champaign/Urbana and a BA in Journalism from Northeastern University in Boston. She achieved Master Coach Certification, the highest certification level, from the International Coach Federation, and remains committed to ongoing learning and self-assessment in order to provide her clients with the most effective coaching and organizational development.
