Establish Expectations · We help you assess your current workforce capabilities and define the tasks involved to achieve your organizational goals. We develop Position Task Books that provide employees with clear expectations of job responsibilities. We then outline, in Position Credentialing Plans, the training and experience needed to be able to successfully achieve job tasks at each level of competency. Train to Competencies · AAT tailors every facet of training to meet your organization’s needs. We create Computer Based Courseware to train staff at their own pace. We develop Classroom training when discussion and discovery are necessary to meet the training objectives. We produce user-friendly Instructor Guides, Participant Manuals, Resource Tool Kits, and Multi-media Support Tools to ensure smooth and successful learning experiences. AAT designs simulations that teach complex skills in realistic settings. Additionally, AAT fosters Mentoring Programs that meet the needs of the mentors and trainees. Provide Support on the Job · AAT staff delivers training programs wherever they are needed, including disaster field operations. We develop Operational Guides, Tutorials, and Job Aids to reinforce training. Finally, AAT implements Evaluation Systems to assess and improve your training strategy and to meet the changing needs of your workforce over time.
